These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to vectorzero.com (the “Site”), the Vector Zero mobile app (the “App”), and any related devices and accessories (the “Products,” and together with the Site and App, the “Services”). The Site and App are operated by Vector Zero, Inc. and its affiliates (“Vector Zero”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vectorzero.com (the “Site”), using the Vector Zero mobile/desktop application (the “App”), or purchasing/using any Vector Zero devices, kits, chargers, or accessories (the “Products,” and together with the Site and App, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable parental consent) to use the Services.You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [legal@vectorzero.com] of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Auto-renewal: Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Trials: If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be charged for the next period. Refunds: Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Software License & Updates

Subject to these Terms, Vector Zero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App and Site for your personal or internal business purposes.

We may push updates, patches, or changes that you must install to continue using the Services. Some features may change or be discontinued.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Circumvent security or access controls; interfere with or disrupt the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful activities, to infringe rights, or to transmit malicious code.
• Resell, lease, or sublicense the Services except as expressly allowed in writing.

Software License & Updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.If you are in the EEA/UK, we process personal data in accordance with GDPR lawful bases (e.g., contract, consent, legitimate interests). You have rights to access, rectification, deletion, etc. Contact us. Where we act as a processor for business customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Vector Zero is not responsible for those services, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.
